We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. For popular dates (weddings, proms, weekends), try to book as early as possible because those slots fill up quickly. If you have a last-minute request, call us at (416) 274-6478 — we can often accommodate short-notice bookings depending on availability.

You'll need to pay the remaining balance before your trip begins (usually when the driver arrives). We accept cash, credit, or debit — no extra fee for credit cards. A 20% deposit of the booking price is required to confirm your booking. The 15% gratuity is automatically included in your total.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled ride, we will refund your 20% deposit. If you cancel within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we can usually transfer the deposit to a new date provided you give us some notice.

The first 15 minutes beyond your scheduled end time are free (grace period). After that, overtime is charged at $150/hour for SUV stretch limos and $175/hour for the Sprinter party bus, billed in one-hour increments. The driver will confirm any overtime charges with you beforehand.

No. We have a strict no-alcohol and no-smoking policy in our vehicles, in compliance with Ontario law. Smoking or vaping will incur a $250 cleaning fee. Ask us about our Platinum Package which includes a champagne bottle you can enjoy once you arrive at your destination!

Yes. All our invoices have a 15% gratuity included for the driver. You don't need to tip extra unless you want to for exceptional service. The price you pay already takes care of the driver's tip — no surprises.
