Which vehicle fits your wedding?

10-passenger stretch limousines — the classic choice for the couple and the inner wedding party. Pristine white stretch limousines with leather seating, climate control, an entertainment system, a champagne bar and a fibre-optic ceiling.

16-passenger Mercedes party bus — for the bridal party travelling together: LED and laser lighting, a premium Bluetooth sound system, a bar area with ice and glassware and a high ceiling, so the celebration starts on the way to the ceremony.

24-passenger party buses — for guest shuttles and large wedding parties, moving everyone between the ceremony, photo location, reception and back in one vehicle instead of a convoy of cars.

How wedding day transport works

• Getting-ready pickups — the chauffeur collects the wedding party from home, hotel or salon and brings everyone to the ceremony together, on schedule.
• Ceremony to photos — after the ceremony, planned photo opportunity stops along the route are built into the itinerary.
• Reception transfer — the party continues to the reception with the whole group in one vehicle; red carpet service and complimentary champagne are included.
• Guest shuttles — a party bus keeps guests moving between venues on the same timeline, so nobody is arranging rides or driving after the celebration.
• Timing coordination — bridal party coordination and multiple stops are part of the service, with flexible hourly packages for the ceremony and reception: share your run sheet when you book and the chauffeur works to your times.

3. Confirm with a deposit — a 20% deposit confirms your booking. The 15% driver gratuity is already included in your total — no surprises.
4. Ride — the balance is due before your trip begins; we accept cash, credit or debit, with no extra fee for credit cards. Planned extra stops — photo locations included — are free when arranged in advance and within your trip’s time and distance.

Good to know

• Booking ahead: weddings are named in our own booking guidance as one of the dates that fill fastest — book as early as you can, and at least 48 hours ahead at the very latest. Short-notice? Call — it is often possible.
• If plans change: cancel more than 30 days before your wedding and your 20% deposit is refunded in full; within 30 days the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling usually transfers the deposit to the new date with some notice.
• Running late? Every pickup includes a 15-minute grace period.
• Alcohol & smoking: Ontario law doesn’t allow drinking alcohol in a moving vehicle, so our limousines and party buses run a no-alcohol, no-smoking policy on board — the complimentary champagne and our Platinum Package champagne bottle are for enjoying once you arrive at your destination.
• Kids on board: we don’t supply car seats or boosters — bring your own if a little one needs one. Limousines are legally exempt from car-seat requirements in Ontario, but we strongly recommend using one; the driver will give you time to install it.

How far in advance should we book our wedding limo?

As early as you can — weddings are one of the bookings that fill fastest, especially on summer and long-weekend dates. We recommend at least 48 hours ahead as an absolute minimum, but most couples book well before that. If your date is close, call anyway; short-notice is often possible.

Which vehicle should we book — a stretch limo or a party bus?

Most couples use both: a white stretch limousine (up to 10 passengers) for the couple and closest wedding party, and a party bus — 16-passenger Mercedes or 24-passenger — for the rest of the bridal party or as a guest shuttle. Tell us your group sizes and we’ll recommend the right combination for your timeline.

Can we make photo stops between the ceremony and the reception?

Yes. Photo opportunity stops along your route are part of the wedding service, and stops planned in advance are included at no extra charge when they fit within your trip’s time and distance. Share your photo locations when you book and we’ll build them into the route.

Can we drink champagne in the limo on the way?

Not on board — Ontario law prohibits open alcohol in a moving vehicle, so our vehicles are no-alcohol and no-smoking while travelling. The complimentary champagne is yours to enjoy once you arrive, and our Platinum Package includes a champagne bottle at your destination.

What is your cancellation policy for weddings?

Cancel more than 30 days before the wedding and your 20% deposit is refunded. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to move the date, we can usually transfer the deposit to the new date provided you give us some notice.
